And so it begins!

It’s winter, and rather than getting depressed that it feels like it’s dark at lunchtime I decided it’s finally time to bring to life the thing I’ve always dreamt of doing: FOOOOOD! So here I am, feeling a little exposed and vulnerable, starting on my journey. Here’s the pitch:

1. Japanese inspired Izazaya pop ups -starting Spring ‘26
2. Log my journey in food -recipe videos, musings, snippets of inspiration
3. Log my business journey -boring stuff like licensing, hygene certs. I’ll post my findings!
4. Showcase local producers and restaurants -I’m so lucky to live in Weymouth, Dorset and I am surrounded by incredible food.
5. Have a whole bunch of fun.
